    Who We Are Looking For:

    • Knowledgeable in the triplets of leave of absences (FMLA, Worker’s Compensation, ADA)
    • Skilled at Employee Relations Management
    • An analytical and critical mind to interpret data and information
    • Ability to work within a fast-paced, multi-tasking, in a continuous improvement environment
    • Ability to develop and maintain relationships
    • Someone who enjoys problem solving and collaborating with others


    What You Will Do:

    • Ensuring compliance with all applicable state and federal labor laws
    • Provide support and helping managers with decision making on employee relations issues
    • Manage all leave claims, FMLA, Worker’s Compensations, and ADA
    • Provide hiring and recruiting support to branches including interviewing, reference checks, pre-employment screen analysis
    • Empowering managers and employees to use technology tools available
    • Update policies, procedures, job descriptions
    • Back-up to Payroll and Benefits Administrator
    • Assist with compensation activities
    • Assist with benefits
    • Other projects assigned


    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    • 3-5 years’ experience as an HR Generalist
    • 1-5 year of administrative experience
    • Bachelor degree in Business Administration and or HR related
    • SHRM or HRCI Certified preferred
    • Knowledge using an HRIS or ATS system
      • ADP Workforce Now and iCIMS
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
    • Demonstrated takes initiative and goal- orientated
    • Intermediate to advanced Excel 2016 program
    • Good organization skills including recordkeeping
    •  Able to manage deadlines and deliverables
