    Duties and Responsibilities:


    The A/P Clerk will be directly responsible for supporting the AP functions through data entry of invoices, maintaining records, organizing and filing, ordering office supplies, providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, and other duties assigned including:


    • Ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices
    • Researching invoices for accuracy and obtaining proper approvals
    • Answering vendor inquiries and updating vendor information as needed
    • Supporting the AP Specialists
    • Processing employee expense reports
    • Researching and reconciling vendor statements
    • Developing vendor and branch relationships and providing a superior level of customer service
    • Filing, administrative and other accounting support as needed





    • 2+ years experience in accounts payable,
    • Previous experience in building trades or distribution industry a plus
    • Experience with Agility  
    • Strong computer skills; MS Excel a must
    • High degree of accuracy and speed for data entry
    • Ability to pay attention to detail and strong analytical skills
    • Ability to work independently in fast-paced, team oriented environment
